Creating a bootable Windows 8 flash or DVD from ISO

Generally the operating system, such as Windows 8 Developer Preview ISO file downloaded form should be changed so that it becomes bootable when will be used particularly in computers. In this view there are two options, namely Begin burning and Start Over. If you choose Begin burning means you save the results of the extraction of the DVD while the choice of Start over means you go back to the previous option.
